Quality
We have a fully integrated Quality Management System (QMS). This is accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2015 and certified by Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance (LRQA).
Our QMS addresses the requirements of each customer at all levels. This provides full quality management, from the initial enquiry to the delivery of fully tested and certified product. Our system ensures complete confidence in the functionality and reliability of each production process.
Workmanship standards comply with IPC-A-610 to provide the consistently high build standards that are required by our worldwide OEMs and end-users.
We are also able to provide advice and technical support to ensure component sourcing, use and disposal complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) and environmental legislation. In addition we are working towards BS EN ISO14001 environmental accreditation to ensure that we comply with customers’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies.
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) & (RoHS2) & (RoHS3)
We can manufacture fully RoHS / RoHS (2) / RoHS (3) compliant assemblies and will produce a statement to this effect where required for any assembly or group of assemblies.
Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals Directive (REACH)
We understand the requirements of REACH and are committed to helping customers demonstrate compliance. Our current statement on REACH can be downloaded below.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
We also manufacture UL listed and classified assemblies and are assessed quarterly to ensure we comply with the relevant UL file requirements.
